OCGIA provides ongoing professional development opportunities focused on modern gang intelligence, investigative techniques, and officer safety. Our training programs emphasize ethical practices, inter-agency cooperation, and practical application in the field.
Membership Benefits
As a member, you’ll gain access to numerous benefits designed to enhance your skills and expand your professional network. We offer free monthly training sessions led by seasoned professionals specializing in gang investigations and suppression. Our meetings are held on the first Wednesday of each month at 10am. You will receive a reminder email or Telegram text a week before each meeting, detailing the discussion topic and any changes to the location. Each session lasts about 2 hours and includes coffee and a light breakfast. These meetings are also a prime opportunity to network with various agencies throughout Orange County. We are proud to provide a platform for connecting with some of the most skilled gang investigators in the field.
